Reports To Manage Collections Efforts

DQR can produce other various reports reflecting statistical break down of collections efforts.

Daily Statistical Report

This report is run on a daily basis. From this report, we are able to review the collection efforts from the prior day’s work effort.

This report is reviewed by the floor supervisor, collector’s supervisor and given to the collector. The collector and supervisor meet on a daily basis and go over what business the collector should cover for the day.

Audit Report

This report is a detail of the Daily Statistical Report. It reflects each account the collector worked, when they worked the account, how long the account is up in the system, along with where the collector put the account for future work. Audit reports are used to supply detail for the supervisor on the collector’s activities. It is reviewed once per week and discussed with the collector.

Promise Report

This report is generated on a weekly basis and is reviewed by manager and collector. It gives a good indication of collector progress for the month and aids both collector and manager in forecasting the monthly projections.

Formal Collector Audit

On a weekly basis, agency manager, floor manager, and supervisor meet to discuss each collector’s performance for the month, Prior to the meeting, the supervisor meets with the collector and discusses performance to date and areas where improvement has been made and areas to improve.
